? Provide community planning, program development, grant writing, and grant management services to the local Tribal Council through participation in Bristol Bay Native Association?s Tribal Grant Writer Advancement Program, a demonstration project. QUALIFICATIONS:?

. High School Diploma or equivalent with experience in public administration, community planning, rural development, or related field preferred.? Able to demonstrate public speaking, writing, research, and computer skills.? Willing to travel extensively.? Familiarity with issues facing tribal governments in rural Alaska.? Preferably, familiarity with local Tribal governance matters. ?Experience working in rural Alaska cross-cultural setting, and familiarity with the people, area, and cultures of Bristol Bay.? Complete achievement of the above specifications may not be required if, in the opinion of the hiring committee, a particular candidate possesses significant offsetting characteristics, such as past accomplishments, experience, education, or favorable estimate of future potential. The demonstration project is subject to a Memorandum of Agreement between the participating Tribal Council and Bristol Bay Native Association.? WAGE
:? $30,000- $43,000/yr. DOE. CLASSIFICTION:
